Under the Government’s Jobs Initiative, the ‘Better Energy – The National Upgrade Programme’ was launched by the Minister for Communications, Energy & Natural Resources on 11^th May 2011.  This new programme aims to deliver a major increase in the pace, scale and depth of sustainable energy investments in upgrading existing buildings and facilities.  

Unfortunately, this scheme is now closed to new applicants.
