LEED O+M: Existing Buildings v4.1 – LEED v4.1 Indoor Environmental Quality Performance
Environmental Efficiency has significant experience in LEED V4 and V4.1 and has carried out LEED Indoor air quality assessments on sites in Europe and Africa.
Indoor Air Quality measurements across the building envelope that are defined as Regularly Occupied. The testing is required as part of the LEED EQc4 Credits.

What we can offer for you LEED Project
CO: ISO 4224 EPA Compendium Method IP-3 GB/T 18883-2002 for projects in China Direct calibrated electrochemical instrument with accuracy of (+/- 2% ppm <50 ppm minimum accuracy).
PM 10 & *PM 2.5: ISO 14644-1:2015, Particulate monitoring device with accuracy greater of 5 micrograms/m3 or 20% of reading and resolution (5 min average data) +/- 5 µg/m3
*Projects in areas with high ambient levels of PM2.5 (known EPA nonattainment areas for PM2.5, or local equivalent) must meet the 35 μg/m3 limit, all other projects should meet the 12 μg/m3 limit.
Ozone: Monitoring device with accuracy greater of 5 ppb or 20% of reading and resolution (5 min average data) +/- 5 ppb ISO 13964 ASTM D5149 -– 02 EPA designated methods for Ozone
Formaldehyde and Acetaldehyde: ISO 16000-3, 4; EPA TO-11a, EPA comp. IP-6 ASTM D5197-16
Target VOCs x 10: ISO 16000-6 EPA IP-1, EPA TO-17, EPA TO-15 ISO 16017-1, 2; ASTM D6196-15
TVOC content of 500 μg/m3 is not a pass/fail criteria but requires investigation of source if the threshold is breached.

PM 10 & *PM 2.5: ISO 7708, EPA Compendium Method IP-3. High-flow Leyland legacy and low-flow SKC on to pre-weighed filter for gravimetric analysis in ISO 17025 accredited laboratory.
Ozone: Monitoring device with accuracy greater than 5 ppb or 20% of reading and resolution (5 min average data) +/- 5 ppb ISO 13964 ASTM D5149 or EPA Compendium Method IP-1.
Formaldehyde and Acetaldehyde: ISO 16000-3, 4; EPA TO-11a, EPA comp. IP-6 ASTM D5197-16.
Target VOCs x 35: ISO 16000-3, ISO 16000-6 EPA IP-1, EPA TO-17, EPA TO-1, ASTM D5197. Separate sorbent tubes for Glycols, Isophorone, Phenols and remaining VOCs.
TVOC: ISO 16000-3, ISO 16000-6 EPA IP-1, EPA TO-17, EPA TO-1.
