Ground Borne Vibration Assessments: Mitigating Impacts and Ensuring Compliance
Ground borne vibration can be annoying and also result in property damage. Ground borne vibration is particularly associated with construction projects especially with activities such as pile driving or shot blasting. These vibrations travel through the ground and can affect people and property some distance away. The extent of the vibration felt depends on the ground type, the distance, and the source of the vibration.
