LEED Indoor Air Quality
There are three available routes to be considered under the LEED v4 Indoor Air Quality Assessment Credit. The easiest and most popular option is to test the indoor air quality as per Option 2 of the LEED V4 manual in occupied spaces of the building before occupancy.
BREEAM In-Use
BREEAM In-Use is an assessment and certification scheme designed to help building managers reduce and improve the environmental performance of existing non-domestic buildings. The scheme is structured to drive sustainability improvements in existing buildings. BREEAM does this through third-party certification of the assessment of an asset’s environmental, social and economic sustainability performance, using standards developed by BRE Global.
